congrats I won this same tournament yesterday, and it was quite a good payday to say the least.

yeah, although i haven't been focusing on MTTs for all that long, i have played a lot of them in the past few weeks, so its nice to finally get my first win in a decent sized (>100 people) field.

on top of the luck that i needed to win the tourney, i was even luckier in another way. i'm staying at the TAJ in AC right now, and the internet service went out about 20-30 min after i won. it was out for over an hour, so it would have been horrible if it happened a while sooner. it did suck though b/c i was doing pretty well in a stars tourney i was in... it went out about 10 min before the 2nd break, and when it came back on i had blinded out in 180th out of 1873, which was the cutoff for the money. nice to get a little something, but my stack was solid and if i got some good breaks down the stretch it would have been VERY sweet to make 2 FTs in one day.
