raise preflop. cutoff's hand is worse than yours and you have to charge him to see a flop in position.

i don't think you can call that flop raise unless you plan on going to showdown. if you kit K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] are you going to call down? that's kinda gross if you ask me, so I figure we have 4 outs tops, and we're not getting odds to see the turn..
