They've never met. She lives three hours away.

If there has never been any physical contact, Id be much more likely to be cool with him. I equate it to porn, pretty much. Of course, when I found my dads stash of porn I didnt get disappointed or "look down upon" (not that you did per se) on him, I though AWESOME FREE PORN.

Thats perhaps the funniest thing you've ever posted here.

I don't know why, but somehow it was incredibly [censored] hilarious.

Good work.

i'd wager the marital problems started long before you were cognizant of them. i personally feel that in these situations, there is very little you can do. the problem is between your mother and your father and it is almost always never your own fault. (and since you made no indication, i assume it is the case here)

it is unfortunate to be in this spot, and i think you need to just let your parents work it out. possibly suggest to them some outside counseling and hope they work together to solve their problems. i dont think there is a short-term solution to this problem and i really don't think you have much control in this spot.

also, you should feel good about your decision. you made the right move showing your mother. even though it may not have any effect on the future, since you brought things out into the open you may have prevented an incident from occuring. even though cyber-sex isnt a good thing, it is not as bad as a real physical relationship. just remeber that although exposing the truth was probably the best move, if problems between your parents are too severe, there was nothing you could have done.

For those who are late, I mixed up real and gimmick accounts. Laugh at me.
