I sent them an email yesterday about my declined withdrawal, and they told me that it was because monday was a bank holiday in England, and that it was in the queue and would be handled normally.

I also can't load any tables from there main page this afternoon.

Maybe their internet connection runs through Louisiana.

How many people need to tell you that it's okay before you can get on with your life?

Get over it, chicken little. The sky is not falling.

You should be able to access your account now. Unfortunately, the amount for the declined withdrawal won't be in there.

I can't open their website to access the cashier page. What's more, my most recent withdrawal to neteller was declined and I don't know why. WTF? I'll update later.

[/ QUOTE ]

I just had this happen a few days ago. I withdrew 1.5K from Euro to neteller on Fri

On sunday, it my neteller had it listed as 'declined'

I used the message feature in the cashier window, and got a response that it would be looked at on monday. I messaged again today because nothign had been done. A few hours later, the cash was in my account(NT)

Just message them, once u can access the cashier window and let them know, the will get to it.

Poor customer service is not news.

Eurobet cashier being down is news. The group of us who are experiencing a common problem are collectively trying to help each other.

If you don't want to read about it, then perhaps you should refrain from clicking on posts titled, "Eurobet Website Down" - let alone post repeated in it.

Now stfu before you make an even bigger fool of yourself.
