Most sites allow you to choose an affiliate if you haven't deposited money, because they don't always even ask your name before you make a real money account. Why would the stop you from depositing?

Interpoker and the cryptologic skins allow you to make a new account even if it is just to get rake back. They won't let you change your existing one, but you are free to make new ones. You do have to wait for a new ECash PIN number, however.
