Fold preflop. Given your call your postflop line still makes no sense. You seem beat after the flop 3bet, cap/check-call makes no sense at all.

You're spewing chips against a reasonable UTG. And someone with 12% PFR is very reasonable (unless you tell us his VP$IP is in the 30's or something).

The preflop call is just bad. You're a coinflip against 88/99/TT, seriously behind to JJ/QQ/KK/AA/AKs/AKo/AQs/AQo, somewhat behind to AJs, tied with AJo (which means he can exploit position on you to make sure you never see the river if you both miss), and ahead of only ATs/KJs/KQs/KQo.

The flop play also makes no sense to me.

I understand you posted this hand because you won, but this is not +EV play.
