as for three-betting the Turn:

I wouldn't do it often, but I would consider doing it in the right spot against the right opponent.

Right Opponent: someone that I want to stop from bullying me...someone I'm tired of thinking he can semi-bluff me at will...and re-steal from me....someone who I may have folded when he raised me when I was in a spot where he probably didn't expect a fold.

Right Spot: the right opponent is more important...but by right spot, I mean that not only does it have to be the right opponent (an opponent who can semi-bluff a Turn with Ace-high or thinks I bluff too much), it has to be in a spot where I think he may be thinking that way. For example, if he has won several pots with quality hands and doesn't seem to have been in a gambling mood...then maybe those aren't the right spots. It's tough to define it, it's a feel for the general atmosphere of the game.

Doing it here is silly because there are like 42 river cards you can c/r him on.

yeh well I think it is a big mistake often made by seemingly good 2+2ers to go to war HU against another solid player, you are in a blind battle both of you have showed some initiative on the turn there is an atleast 95% chance of this hand going to showdown. A 2+2er that raises this turn with JT is spewing, and 3-betting is not really the answer imo.
