My standard methos in this situation is to tip $1 pr beer, plus i give her half the difference. So ($4.50x4)=*18-($1x4)=$14/2=$7+($1x4)=$11 tip for the beers. The food was $8.99 so tip a buck and a half for that. $14.92+$12.50 is around $27.50. Round it down to $25 even.

Yes, the Billiards' waitresses are worth an extra buck or two per drink. I left $25.
I don't play pool, but they have an elevated bar which affords a nice view of the waitresses working the floor. |
