Re: Review my play (Hands: QQ; TT)
Hand 1 is weird. I would have 3-betted the flop. Even if MP3 is ahead of us with KK or AA, looks like there are some flush draws around that you can build the pot with. Plus, you make MP1 call two cold (although he doesn't seem to mind based on pre-flop). Who knows, maybe you knock him out. If the flop is capped back to you, I think you can check/fold the turn (not sure, maybe check/call?).
The turn is much harder to me without having 3-bet the flop. I can't decide between the check and a call, but when you did check and MP1 woke up, he's either got the goods or he's pretty effectively bluffing that scare card. Anyway, figuring I'd be OOP to two different aggressors on the river, I think I'd let this one go on the turn. On the river, I wouldn't call two cold. Hand 2, I play the same as you. |

Re: Review my play (Hands: QQ; TT)
Hand 1: CR the flop. If reraised, call down. If not reraised, lead until raised.
Hand 2: call down HU. |

Re: Review my play (Hands: QQ; TT)
Hand two is pretty close between raising, calling and folding. The thing that you have to understand about a 944r board is that there isn't much for people to be calling you with. So if the SB is a decent player, he might have a nine in this spot (hopefully not J9) and it would be correct to just calldown. If he is the type of player who might have called on the flop with 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]'s then you would want to think about raising and checking behind on the river. If he is a straight forward player then folding looks okay in this small pot.

Hand 1: I would 3 bet the flop at least, I think you gave up on this one too soon. The river fold is good though. Hand 2: This is ok, raising the turn and checking behind on the river is ok too. -DeathDonkey [/ QUOTE ] The way he said it is fine ^^ |

Still, I would not raise here. Much potential risk for little potential reward. |

Re: Review my play (Hands: QQ; TT)
Yeah I'm not a big fan of raising in HU situations. If the guy will always bluff the end with a busted draw then it really doesn't do any good to raise. But if he will check/fold the river when he misses, then it is good to charge him that last bet. The good thing about raising on this board is that we have a turbo muck if he 3-bets.

Re: Review my play (Hands: QQ; TT)
Add me to the check/raising bandwagon on the first hand. It costs less versus AA/KK to see we lost.
