Re: how can 8 people play 7 card stud?
[ QUOTE ]
Glad you posted this - I have never actually seen it before and was beginning to think the community card was some sort of poker urban legend [/ QUOTE ] Its only happened at the party .5/1 where it happens every 5 hands. |

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] They make you play with a four-color deck? Nooooooooooooo. [/ QUOTE ] You don't? It's much easier on your eyes. [/ QUOTE ] My eyes hurt just from looking at that screenshot. [/ QUOTE ] You get used to it. |

It's not that bad at party, but if you've ever played at pacificpoker, you'll never use a 2colour deck again! My eyes hurt just from looking at that screenshot. [/ QUOTE ] |

Re: how can 8 people play 7 card stud?
Back in '88, the Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra was desperate enough for a tuba player that they invited me to go with them on a tour of southeast Asia. In some of those countries, they drive on the left side of the road. I couldn't look out the window of a bus or taxi, because it made me feel ill. I feel the same way about four-color decks.
Get me drunk some time and I'll tell you about the last night in Bangkok. |

BTW, if there was a bet on sixth street, you could have saved your fifty cents, because they were going to have to deal a community card anyway.
I can't look at this Lucky Charms deck anymore. Puke. |

I'm guessing Seat1 took this one down with a T high straight. But i'm drunk.. so i wouldn;t bet too much on this. FWIW, i like the 4 colour deck.. u don't want to lose a wad getting UR clubs & spades confused do you? |

Any story that has a phrase like "So, my last night in Bangkok..." is 100% guaranteed to be a great story.
