Hydrocodine is highly addicitve and take my word for it, don't get started on it.

This is the main reason I'm not going to ask my doc for addreall. Fortunately, I am still pretty functional...even tho I'm hooked on caffine (at one point I was drinking a minimum of 6 liters of cola products/day, but cut way down since then). However, sometimes I wonder if things would be better with some pharmaceutical help.

It would work like magic on any ADHD sufferer. Doctors are legally allowed to give all the addreral they want for ADD & ADHD, but a doc prescribing synthetic opiates for anything but pain releif will have his liscense revoked, and perhaps even go to prison. Heil Ashcroft!

Thanks for the info. The substance control stuff sounds pretty interesting and backward. From what I heard adderall can be abused just as much (or more) as opiates. Also, I guess there are only a few times you can fake a back ache.

I've been wondering the same thing lately. I've decided a trip to the doc can't hurt. But hey, procrastination is another symptom. Haven't gotten around to it

uh, you do know that your friend is asking lots of people to go to jail for awhile right. This has all the makings of consipiracy to distribute charges to go along with intent and possesion, and since it would be crossing all kinds of state lines, then you would be in even more trouble. What your friend needs to do is either befriend someone who suffers from the afflictions mentioned above or has access to a script pad and a nice pharmacist. Thats how i did it anyway.

ps. The whole hypotheical nonsense reminds me of my days back in rec.drugs.pot Its all nonsense. Just because you say its hypothetical wouldnt stop a LEO from contacting you and offering, so i would advise your friend to only respond to known posters. Easy solution to your friends problem.

First you need a lawyer.

Then you have him draw up some Land Trusts, cuz probate is a pain.

Then the solution.

A shotgun, they have them at wal-mart. Buy a box of shells also.

Then load it and blow your head off.

If you want my honest opinion on what your friend should do it would be to seek medical help for his addiction.Find a Christian Counselor to help him find God, and help put his life back together. God can cure ADHD like He cures anything else. You just have to ask Him.
