At low limits the answer is no [/ QUOTE ] I dont think the answer is yes at higher limits either. Maybe even less so because people will test you more often. |

[/ QUOTE ] Even though I don't play higher than 3/5 I agree with you. It's all very read dependent, but I guess my point is at party 25nl I won't lay down KK pre-flop. I've observed too many all-ins with b.s. hands to know, even the few times I'm against AA, it's -EV to lay them down to hunches at that level. |

In all seriousness though, I think I've only folded KK pre-flop once and it was very deepstacked, multiway against a lot of aggression. [/ QUOTE ] Are you kidding me? |

Re: Any way to lay down KK preflop?
Well how about this instance.
I was playing $100 NL earlier and I raised UTG with QQ to $4 and got reraised by an 11vpip/1.4pfr after ~500 hands and he reraised to $15. I folded w/o a second thought but I did think later "what would I do with KK here". He only has a pfr of 1.4 and that must mean him reraising means only one hand if I hold KK. |
