Marcel originally said KK or QQ because he was holding AJ. He stuck with KK because it looked like it made David Truong more uncomfortable, especially when he conceded to holding at least one king.

Not that hard of a read, but undoubtedly a good one.
He either has Aces or Kings, and the chance that he has Aces aren't as good because Marcel is already holding one of them. Basic deductive logic at it's best. |

I believe the guy he made that read against was David Truoung from Vancouver. Finished 24th that year. The look on his face made you think everyone at the table must have known he was lying when he said he had AK.
