There's alot of truth to that. It sucks being on a bad run. When learning how to deal with them you usually feel isolated. Like you're the only one to ever go through it. Which is common.

Eventually you'll be able to take the beats one beat at a time. It'll still be frustrating, but it will take much much longer to hit that point. By the time you hit that point, the signs to take a break should be showing.
