I think I disagree with all of you.
I wouldn't raise pre-flop. What kinds of hands do you limp with pre-flop from UTG...Ax's A10 off suit, a low pocket pair perhaps...my point is: KTs is easily dominated with UTG limpers...I wouldn't raise for value. Also, I don't see the point in 3-betting flop.
