I really enjoy it as a resource as well. I've never brought it up at the table personnally, but see it done all the time.

I run thepokerdb.com.

Oddly enough, that anger that people harbor towards someone who beats them at the poker table is probably our best marketing tool. I didn't intend it to be that way, but that's what has developed.

Ahh, now that you've identified yourself .. here come the flood of questions.

I like the site, I like having that information on file, and have even been making notes of any notable players at the table.

I would like to throw out a few suggestions to you:

Can you make it so users don't have to keep logging in every time they visit, or even the option to turn it on/off. Just seems easier to have that always logged in.

Also, I dislike when I have to keep going back one page to enter another person's name at the table. Would it be possible to add a user search box on top of all the data that is spit out at you about a person's history?

Nice site, keep up the good work.

Now that you mention it TInga - having to log in every time is rather annoying. Can you not use acookie or something like that?

In terms of the interface, it's actually being completely reworked now. It will be much more user-friendly once we're done with it... we'll add things such as watchlists, quick search, table search, etc.

I think the cookie should be set at one week right now. We used to have it set at a shorter interval, but we extended it a few weeks ago.
