There are dozens of posts every day where someone has top pair top kicker or some such get raised on the turn.

Absent any reads, you just call down and be done with it. Sometimes you lose. Sometimes someone was overaggressive and you win. Sometimes you were behind but catch a river card to improve and win. In the long run you make enough money by calling down against unknowns to show a profit there.

This is my thought. I'm three-betting a normal 32% VPIPer here but not a poster.
