I was hoping you were joking..I thought I was playing well!...In any case, I have bought poker tracker, and I hardly ever multitable...I guess thats why bb/100 hands is better...my current rate at 3/6 is 3.66 bb/100 hands.

[/ QUOTE ]

that's pretty sweet, but like some other posters have mentioned...6000 hands is about 3-4 days for many of us. Definitely short-run. I prefer to have a bigger sample before moving up. However, if you have the bankroll, are comfortable, and feel up for it, scout the games and jump in.

BTW-the general hold'em and psychology forums have numerous threads on when and how to move up limits.

A win rate of 2.5BB/100 is a very good rate. NORMAL, as said above is about -2.50BB/100.

I suspect the average 2+2er is 1.5BB/100.

A persons goal is 2BB/100 and very very very good world class player is 3BB/100

With that said - why lock yourself into a certain limit. If you feel confident, make a strike north. I bounce arround from 1/2 to 5/10 depending how I feel and how many tables I'm playing.

To get a real picture how you are you do need 30,000 or more hands and even that will not really tell you. My win rate is different on different networks at the same limits even with 50,000 plus hands at each.

The normal winrate is probably something like -3BB/100.

3.66 BB/100 is probably running VERY good.

I ran 3BB/100 for my first 50k hands at 2/4, after 200k now 1.5 BB/100, for what it's worth.
