A couple of quick notes:

I also played with Brad and company so yes, it’s a good group, that being said…..

Be aware that this game is a felony in Virginia. Players can be charged with either a misdemeanor or a felony. Possession of a firearm in commission of a crime in VA is a felony and carries a mandatory 20 year sentence (no parole). – Leave the gun home or in the car.

When they raided the Centerville game they sent in a SWAT team with guns drawn. If you play Farmcreek, be prepared to hit the floor if someone bursts in; cause someone’s going to get shot.

Second – a contract, waiver, legal document, whatever concerning an illegal activity (gambling) is void and unenforceable. If you are raided however, the DA will use it as evidence against you. So be careful what you fill out.

Well to be completely honest I'm just trying to find some local games partially because I hate playing online and I also would like to meet people in this area.

This is the only thing I've come across so far so I'm getting pretty desperate looking for home games. If you wanted to direct a fellow 2+2er to some 200 or 400 nl games you know of that'd be helpful

As a former - er - lets just say I carried a gun in my pants legally - if you are considering going somewhere that you feel compelled to carry a firearm, smart players will avoid the area. Atlantic City isnt THAT far away and much safer. If I remember correctly, there is a ferry from Baltimore.

Yes, I was there at that game when the SWAT came in. It was sort of scary at first, because all the police with big guns were yelling conflicting orders at the players. This caused a lot of confusion at the time.
