am I a LAG for wanting to raise that preflop?
honestly, that hand just happened to work out as bad as it could. I don't think not raising is so bad. you're probably not going to get played back at on the turn, so the overcalls are more valuable and you'll occasionally get to call-raise |

I think this is well played. Sometimes you are just stuck in a position were passivity pays. Kinda what I was trying to get across (poorly) in this thread. |

I think you have to raise the turn here. Maybe its my current bad run talking but I want to make the guy with Tc9c make a mistake to chase his gutshot, and the guy who just picked up a heart draw pay the premium now. Besides the guy who was going to give you a chance to 3 bet might still give you a chance to 4 bet.

i agree that if there is a place to raise it's the turn. at the time i was hoping for
a) a raise so i could 3 bet b) 2 overcalls but it's certainly debateable. |
