Re: Greatest Song Playing Over a Montage Movie Scene
[ QUOTE ]
Please post nominations for the best song playing over a montage scene in a movie. Some examples include the song "Fight To Survive" by Stan Bush in the "Bloodsport" montage, the song "Gonna Fly Now" by Bill Conti in the "Rocky" training montage, and the song "You're The Best" by Joe Esposito in the "Karate Kid" tournament montage. [/ QUOTE ] I like the music in Predator during the "booby trap the jungle to kill the alien" montage. It ends with Arnold shouting some war cry. ~D |

Geez, what have I started? I like it, I like it. You know where I stand on this one, with my boy Daniel LaRusso of Miyagi-do Karate.
Also nominate "Football Rap" by LL Cool J in beginning of Wildcats. ScottieK |

Re: Greatest Song Playing Over a Montage Movie Scene
Zero 7 - In the Waiting Line. In Garden State when Andrew is getting high/partying with his friends. A really fitting song for the mood of this scene/montage.
Swede Edited to Add --- I'm definitely not claiming this to be the "greatest" montage of all time, just a good one. |
