I understand this is a poker site however this very thing occured in my back account. I made a cash withdraw from my local brach of $1800 to put down for my security deposit for my apt. a few yrs ago.

A week later I noticed the balance was still showing the 1800 beans, SWEET!

So I figure I would chill and see what happens.

9 months later I am chilling in Daytona Beach for spring break I decieded to dip in to the money. all is well after blowing through half of it.

I get home rent and car note are do. I am checking my account and it is in the negative.

THEY GOT ME!

I called the bank the corrected the error they made a year ago. They told me I should have called and have it corrected.

They will get you beware!

If it was some crappy little site which doesn't have many games I would cash it out. If it happened on Party or a major site which I would not want to leave permanently I would leave it for a while and then cash it out if they didn't catch it.

It was a skin of a medium large site where I was getting up to 40% rakeback.

This is where you should have used the card that says "Bank Error In Your Favor, Collect $200"--adjusted for inflation, of course.

Happened to me before but it was only like $400. I don't think you'll have to worry about it for long. They'll catch it. I took about 3 days before they found mine.

"Honesty pays off in the long run."

I'll buy it if your Christian faith supports this position. Otherwise you're on a logically unsupportable position.

"Result: Site takes money back from Neteller, Neteller closes your account."

Idle guesswork.

For 2K they can have one of my Neteller accounts

Sounds risky. What if the site demands the money afterwards?

This isn't even close to being accurate.

I had this happen at ACR once. I think it was exactly 2k, actually. I told their live support... seeing chat support at a poker site respond instantaneously to my request for the first time in my life was practically worth the price of admission.

It was when neteller was having problems accepting deposits from poker to neteller... I was on the phone with both neteller and ACR at the same time and the neteller rep assured the ACR rep that the transactions was completely cancelled and that ACR should resubmit the transaction... two days after doing that, the first one cleared, and I had just as much money in my account.

I've always claimed to be far too honest for my own good. Call it a strength or a flaw at your discretion.
