So if I open a new account tonight can I get both the first time deposit and the reload? Of course I would have to deposit then work off then deposit again.

yes you can get both.

no you would not have to work off the first one before getting the 2nd one.
Just open an account and deposit now. and then deposit again on jan 5 with the reload code. and then work both of them off.
