I tend to agree with Krishanleong here. You can increase your hands when you get more comfortable/your postflop play improves.

Hmm, I sort of naturally gravitated to about 23 VPIP, but my PFR is only 13.5. I guess I should be raising more out of the blinds, given I basically raise/fold in UTG-BT.

I really doubt the missing percentage is caused by not raising from the blinds. Maybe you aren't stealing enough? Or maybe you fold a lot after a loose player has limped instead of raising to isolate him?
