Sitting out for an orbit, taking a small break and relieving some pressure would be +EV.

This is so true. I used to be paranoid about not missing a single hand (because you know, what if that next hand would have been aces???), but the thing is, it just really doesn't matter. It turns out that sitting out an orbit is not the end of the world. My bathroom is close, so I just get up and run and can make it back in time (most of the time), but it is still good to take occasional breaks.

I can spend an insane amount of hours online at once, it is definitely +EV to take some short breaks, get up and move around every once and awhile.

Not to mention those times that you post the deadblind and hit your unsuspected boat with 64o. That pretty much happens to me everytime I take a break.

I pick a good time when I've folded on all tables and make a mad dash to the RR.

I hope you dispose of your urine samples. Otherwise, you would be the "Howard Hughes" of the online poker universe.

You (and others) could contact NASA, maybe they could make a nice space suit type of deal for online multitabling poker players...

You're Adam 22, you go into an old crusty milk carton with chunks on the bottom.

It baffles me how often these threads show up. Is it really thaaaat bad to sit out on your tables and go take a whiz? Is the expected value you're missing out on really all that worth it?

honestly... I think that doing the mad dash to the bathroom and mad dashing back ain't a bad thing. Afterall, it's about the only type of cardio exercise I get.
