how likely is it that your opp has a 7 and will value bet it? could be a good time for a sexy but bet/call is the best default line.

I highly doubt an opponent who has played 7x like this up till the river will value bet it.

Villan has done nothing as far as i can tell to make you think he will bet the river. Bet it yourself. He might call his A high missed diamond flush, he will def call with a 7, he will usually bet a J that got there on the river. Smells like a value bet to me.
Calling a raise hurts, but i do it becuase if i didn't my WTSD might drop below 39%.
