Are you playing at like 10am-4pm or in the evenings?

I will say that in my experience:

You play 400 hands per hour playing 8 tables of NLHE rather than 420-440 playing limit.

10bb/100 at nlhe 25 is the same amount of cash as 5/100 at the 0.5/1 limit game (a little less when you take into consideration the difference in hands).

I'm curious as to what your sample sizes are.

Right now, over 1800 hands, my winrate is 41/100, or $370...

I'm pretty sure that's abnormal and unsustainable, but I am getting curious about how good these games are. I'll completely volunteer that I do indeed suck at these games, but I'm also not a total moran.

Arg, no, I'm confused the question a bit by comparing it to limit, but I'm curious what the pokertracker bb/100 (sustainable) is:

some suggest 6-8, others 10, but so far no one's said what their sample size is... so I'm curious.

Not a big deal though. I'll figure it out, I guess. I just don't want to find myself at 4/100 after 20k hands and find out afterwards that THAT was the sustainable rate for a moderately good player the whole time.

If you're talking about Party Poker $25NL tables... I've been averaging approx 17BB (ie 2xbb)/100.

I've only been playing on Party for a month, but I don't see why that wouldn't be sustainable. Its not like the players are getting any better.
