Seriosly though. Assuming that getting off the island isn't an option, I think having a hot bitch is the only way to go. Aside from the sexual benefits, you could make her your slave and get her to do all the work as far as building a shelter and hunting for food goes. I know you are probably thinking "well a hot bitch is gonna make a pretty worthless hunter..." but I think with the right motivation (tell her that if she doesn't find food then she becomes the food) she will do just fine. And plus, do you know how bored and lonely you would get if you were there all alone? Look at Tom Hanks, he started talking to a freakin volley ball. A hot bitch has to be at least a slight step up from a volley ball as far as making conversation goes.
