Not the worst of calls but guy probably had a set. Your only hope was JJ 10 10 QQ high pocket pair. He probably has you beat i think iwould have laid it down. So much depends on the read though

Sorry for the delayed results!

I called and the guy flips over 33! He said he didn't notice how much money I had left when he raised.

My reasoning for calling was that if he had a set he would've called instead of raising (which is why I believe my standard continuation bet was correct.) I thought QQ or JJ to be much more likely, or even top pair 9's with a kicker that needed protection.

He was also being very friendly to me at the table (I am a newcomer in this casino) so I figured he thought I was a real live one that he could bully.
