Doesn't matter if the guys legit. It's obvious he's delusional if he thinks players are satisfied with the VIP program.

Don't get me wrong, I'll be happy to get into it in 2009 after I play 400 hands a day for the honor.

You'll get your account closed in 2007 for 'VIP program abuse'

Dear Empire Poker Players,
Empire Poker management has decided to close accounts of few inactive players, who chose not to play on empire at all, but constantly claimed its bonuses.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, you must beware those inactive players who don't play on your site at all, yet somehow manage to claim bonuses. But since they don't play on your site at all, what's the harm?

EmpirePR's brain has been square rooted it seems.

and what makes you think that empire employees would be posting from the same network as where the website is hosted?

[/ QUOTE ]
Because they will probably have corporate proxy to access Internet (Matt will see its address) and this IP will probably belong to PartyPoker/Empire subnet. I think there is 95% probability that if IP of this poster is not from Empire sub-net then this is not official poster.

Meanwhile, back at Empire headquarters..."We've created a bad bonus, that in some instances may not be profitable to us. Let's blame the player for our mistake (instead of raising the playthrough to ensure profitability) and close their account for a reason that we will keep secret from the player, causing the player to wonder if any money in his account will be returned to him. Furthermore, we will not contact the player, leaving the player to find out for himself that his account has been closed. We will make the player contact us, only to tell him that we have no details, but the decision is final with no appeals. If the customer insists on knowing what he did wrong, we will cite the 'we can do whatever the hell we want' clause of our user agreement."

I think the VIP program is great. You cash game players get the bonus's, sng players get the VIP program. Sounds pretty fair to me.

Their support is indian, their official channel is not necessarily/probably a support person.

Nothing matters. We know the problem now. It's those inactive players that never play on empire at all who claim bonuses that are screwing it up for us all.

What kind of square root idiot inactive player would claim a bonus if they never play on empire at all, as EmpirePR suggests? I mean, whats the point of claiming it if they never play on Empire?

But to get to the real square root point of it all, why does Empire care if an inactive player who never plays Empire at all claims a bonus anyways? It's not like the inactive player clears the bonus.

So whats the fking problem Empire? You square root inactive brain-fart!
