good luck.
i'm doing a semi-similar challenge this month. aiming for 30k hands at 1.67BB/100 (for $10k). like you, I'm not really established enough at 5/10 6-max to warrant doing this so I fully reserve the right to bail out of there if things go badly. just trying to motivate myself to get in my 1k hands a day of ring-game play (along with the occasional tournament as well which is not quite as +EV in the long-run for me). this whole bit about 'motivating oneself to play' can be a bit of an obstacle sometimes. i do feel like a bum and it's not like it's THAT hard to get my play in. Anyway....pretty decent so far. 3.5k hands, 2.5BB/100 this mth. I'm content with my start.
