Wow. Toughie. 4 opponents, easy call. 2 opponents (the raisers), easy fold. 3 opponents? No reads? Dunno. Default play = fold, but I don't think you're killing yourself one way or the other as long as you're willing to fold a queen-high flop to further aggression.
