"the lead" as in being the aggressor... holdem often plays in flow w/ the guy in "the lead" betting until he faces resistance... also he didnt check planning to checkraise... he checked cause he had sh!t and trhe other guy bet a pathetic $60 so he decided to raise as a bluff pouncing on the apparent weakness. |
