I really think this is a pretty complicated one although my gut says fold also. If he has a hand like QdJx you still have 9 outs to catch up getting 7.5:1. There is also a small chance you are ahead of a hand like Adx. Of course you could be drawing dead vs a set or made flush. I think calling the 3 bet and folding to the river UI is an option as long as you are disciplined enough to do it. In other words, don't do what I always do and pay off because it is "only one more bet in a big pot".

basically, if you call a CR on that flop, make an A, then never raise... you are a str8 up fish.
