yeah...that's tilt...if the bad beats start to get to you and you feel like taking it to the higher lims for some gambling...just jog for like half an hour...follow it up with continuous push/chin/sit ups until you're near death and covered in sweat than go pass out on the lawn, you'l feel 100% again and i don't know about you people but it's the most zen state i've ever been in..just layin back, unable to move..thinking about life and what not...good excersize too.
