My point is that A combines the unjustified selfishness with being an arrogant tool, so he should get it worse. He proclaimed he was better than C, but turned out to be just as bad. |

Try this one out, it isn't perfectly analogous, but I think it is similar... Curious if you feel the same way about Person C after thinking about the following.
Person A has a driver's license, he drives his car at the speed limit, but somehow hits Person B, killing him. Person C does not have a driver's license and does the same thing as Person A. Does person A deserve a greater punishment, since he is exempt from the "driving" law by virtue of having a license? -RMJ |
