i've already emailed partypoker to inform them about the product in the hopes that it gets banned. "live" assistance products are in a completely different league than offline ones such as pokertracker.

I just finished running the program at the 1/2 on party now. This program is pretty much bad news for everyone here. Compared to PT it has no extra value for anyone who's good at poker. It could turn any losing player into a winning player though. Just hope people don't care enough to improve.

I'd say an average player who had good hand selection and just using the pot odds feature on this would win 1bb/100h, that's a huge change for us in the game if that player was orginally a -2bb/100h player. If he then adds a bit of aggression to his play he'll be 2bb/100h. Add player dependant plays (can be got easily from this) and he'll be 4bb/100h.

My main worry is how much this program could be updated. This program could become a lot better. I'm surprised it doesn't give you more info about your hand preflop, say you were dealt 78s in MP it could give you info on the best situation for this hand, etc etc.

i would encourage everyone to contact info@partypoker.com to complain about the application and request that it be actively banned

Default Any chance this post is advertising?

Personally I could care less. Hell, I may use it....I admittingly could use all the help I can get. I take very poor notes if any on players.

But it smells of "Hey have you heard about this?" for the sake of others viewing the conversation.

I await flames on this, but mean no offense......just an observation.

I do believe it would help some, but I think the majority would not know what to do with this information. As far as the pots odds go, if you can't figure this out on an internet table today, no tool in the world is going to help your game.

I agree that is really has no more added value than poker tracker does. So what if it is real time. you could order a hand history using Poker Tracker every hand or two if you really wanted to.
