Re: When did you start multi-tabling?
Um, I'm well aware there are mistakes I'm making every session. My "mistakes" have also led me to $75/hr, so I'm fine with that.
I don't play SNGs to improve my game. I play them to make money. |

I'm more than content with my SNG play. |

Re: When did you start multi-tabling?
I four table with 2/4 limit and often play a SNG at the same time. After a disasterous first 10,000 hands, my last 20,000 have had a healthy winrate. My discipline is much better multitabling then playing live at a casino; my biggest error multitabling is betting my medium-strong hands a bit too hard when, if I were at just one table, I'd be much more likely to sniff out the traps being laid for me.
My reads don't suffer that much at four tables, though, usually I'm able to focus on one table at a time and can even find time to take notes on problem players, such as the fellow who likes to semibluff raise the turn on me. This is less true at Ultimate bet with its annoying hand history windows you need to have open and more true at Party, where you can turn off all the table sounds. I miss maybe two hands an hour altogether, from timing out. The real problem is rushing to the kitchen, grabbing a beer and I come back to see 1 second left on my timer. I rush towards the mouse and cry as my aces go sailing into the muck. |
