I'm playing this weak too--my first thought was a preflop fold.

I don't advocate it here, but I've been experimenting with a small reraise preflop when I need more information. The opponent's reaction can clue you in to monster hands where you can ditch immediately or it will make you look strong going into the flop.

If you had done a small reraise preflop and he called you down preflop, you would have had better luck representing a big pocket pair on the flop. If he reraised all in preflop, you would have folded immediately and gotten off cheaper.
