Stars doesn't even offer an MGR option for affiliates and forbids them from giving players an incentive to sign up for Stars, so yeah, there's no chance of rakeback anytime soon. Even if they wanted to offer it (which they don't) in response to Party's recent state of affairs, it'd take a hell of a long time to set up.

Less rake, better value for their player points, great support and great tournaments. Another plus is that they seem to avoid making retarded moves, unlike some other networks.

Is the rake less in Pokerstars cash games? I looked on their website and it appears as if they calculate rake the same exact way as Party does for NL ring games anyway.

Come on. If they wanted to they could have the top ten rakeback sites signed up and making offers by the end of the week.

I do not think PokerStars will offer rakeback anytime soon.

Those who say they cannot are wrong. Those who say they absolutely will not are voicing a widespread opinion, not a fact.

I once signed up for Multipoker because I wanted another Party-network account and it was the one skin I was certain I would never be able to get rakeback from because they didn't pay affiliates a percentage.

Then one day I was surprised. There is a lesson here that everyone should take to heart. Things change.

What's the reason pokerstars does well without rakeback? Is it because they have cheaper rake?

Thx for the info. So is the reduction in rake at PokerStar like 30% less than Party? If so why don't more of us just go there, rather than trying to haggle Party for a rake deal?

I just opened my account there today to get the bonus. Haven't had a chance to play much yet, but the software looks beautiful! The lower rake is certainly a big draw. I have a feeling I found my new home!

Probably not. They are a bunch of tight asses at Pokerstars.

On a related note I find it funny how Stars has never offered rakeback and everyone loves them here, but as soon as Party makes an attempt to correct their wrong everyone hates em.
