the only time when its correct to post & fold is when you cant be on the PC for a short period of time. If you cant be on the PC for a long period of time, I would go all-in every hand.

I wouldn't be watching the game at all. I would be doing something else.

if you have a big stack and blinds are small relative to your stack then limp/raise with decent hands in LP. raise with good hands in MP/LP. raising EP with anything other than premium hands is generally spewing.

once blinds get bigger relative to stack sizes i.e. 50/100+ on PP sngs, steal like a bandit.

You should try this, in the name of science. Since you'll need an adequate sample, I'd suggest "playing" 500 games with this strategy.

Report back with results, and good luck.

Well you should never post and fold, but my poker coach told me that chips are time, and once you get a stack like that, you go into eP&F mode, which is Enhanced Post and Fold mode, meaning folding nearly everything except big premium hands. So you're not too far off, but truly post/folding is probably suicidal to your ROI.

Say your in a STT (10 players, everyone starts with 1,000) and you got some premium hands early and you boost your stack to 4k. There are 6 players left, should you just post and fold until you make 3rd place? I'm just brainstorming here so don't slam me.

Thanks

I don't know if you're joking. I hope so.

the ONLY time I've ever "E P&F" is one or two out of money on bubble of MTT qualifiers. period. no sense in even playin AA if all prizes are the same, you have average-above average stack, and there are shorties on the table.
