1. Hold Me Now - Thompson Twins (i still hear it now & again though)
2. True - Spandau Ballet (eh, still semi-popular & sampled many times over)
3. Never Let Me Down Again - Depeche Mode (dunno if this song ever got that popular tho)
4. Paul Revere - Beasties
5. Under Pressure - Queen/Bowie (i really think it's unfair to hold Vanilla Ice against them for this song...)

How is "The Promise" forgotten? I heard it on the radio three times in the last week, and I mostly listen to sports talk.

How about "My My My" by Johnny Gill?
"Summertime Summertime" by Nocera

Wind of Change - The Scorpions

Now if you look this one up in most places it will say it was released in 1990 because the cd "Crazy World" that it is on didn't come out until 1990. However, the song was released by itself in 1989, and with the band being from Germany it gained a tight connection with the fall of the berlin wall. This song is just an awesome song, and I personally haven't heard it on the radio in years justifying it in the forgotten category.

Love "Whisper to a Scream" but I'd forgotten all about it.

Three Strange Days : School of Fish (Might be 1990/91)
Sugar Kisses : Echo and the Bunnymen
