Something is true if it is correct in a given scenario or circumstance. Something is ultimately true if it is ultimately correct.

What would the definition of "ultimate" be? In the end? consistantly? always? Normally when people talk about "ultimate truth" they aren't talking about "truth" at all, but about which belief is correct.
