We have a read on Villain's postflop play, but unless we know something about his preflop play, we're really just speculating as to what is best.

Even just knowing what he might make the initial preflop raise with would help.

Preflop: I would play it the same

Flop: I raise - If your read is good he would bet any hand here. Villain may think there is a good chance the flop missed you and could have many hands you have beat. After his bet the pot is 12 small bets. If you are going to call anyway why not raise since it only costs you one more small bet. Aggression here may make villain fold, not likely, but you do have outs to improve to a possible winning hand. Raising here may also cause villain to check the turn and you can check behind if you miss. If Villain 3-bets the flop I fold but I save calling BB on the turn and river.

ok, but my question is this: if you know he'll bet every street with overcards, why are you posting this hand? it seems like you know what you think you ought to do given your read. the read on the player is worth more than some reply saying 'fold the turn' because they don't know who you're up against.

Mostly because you might call down and win, then go "You know, getting 3:1 to see a showdown, am I good enough times here against a LAG who will bet overs, but will obviously also play big hands the same way.
