Jeans are always OK. As for shirts, as long as they stay relatively clean and dry, I don't wash them everytime I wear them, but I won't wear them on consecutive days. It looks more obvious that you're not changing if you wear a shirt back-to-back days, but not as noticeable with jeans.

T-shirts can go for a few days if you haven't been outside of the house; I don't like people to see me with the same shirt 2 days in a row. I've worn the same pair of pants for a month before. Sometimes socks are good for more than one day, though not usually. Sweaters and button down shirts have a pretty good lifespan.

Overshirts are good for 3 wears, pants go for weeks, and if you're not active on a given day, undershirts and socks can get a second day. Never wear the same thing on consecutive days, though, that's just bad fashion sense.
