If you have an outpatient massage therapist (hooker) in the room and are paying her by the hour, then it is much cheaper to get room service.

But I know that never happens in Vegas.

You didn't mention if you were going to be strictly playing poker or not. You can get a lot of comps if you play other casino games also(many of us go to Vegas just for the fun). Here is another link which has info on most of the casinos.
