i basically never want to eat as soon as i get up. i love breakfast food, but i don't eat breakfast.

I still feel hungry and my stomach feels empty, but I get food in front of me and I just sit there and stare at it. I used to never eat breakfast, even though I love breakfast food, but lately I've been making myself a parfait and toast or something similar two hours after I wake up and been eating it. GoT

ive noticed that when i eat a big meal the night before, i wake up a lot more hungry, and vice versa. id assume its because your stomach expanded from the big meal and the food all got digested
