Re: Issues with Neteller and Firefox
How long have you been using Firefox? Is this a new issue? Could it be that maybe Neteller had some issues this day? It did one day this week.
I have never used IE willingly at anytime. Neteller works just fine for me and Mozilla before that. |

Re: Issues with Neteller and Firefox
Just logged in and checked, I've done 9 transactions and checked on them at least 20 more times since the 18th (whoring) using Firefox.

Re: Issues with Neteller and Firefox
I've been having this same error for about 1-2 weeks now, and I haven't found a way to fix it either, although I haven't really tried anything.

Re: Issues with Neteller and Firefox
I can't MAKE firefox give me an error with Neteller. I have TRIED.
Are you running behind a firewall? Have you checked for some virus/spybot? What version of Firefox are you using? I'm using 1.0.4. |

Re: Issues with Neteller and Firefox
Firefox has been my sole browser for quite some time now. Have conducted many transactions with neteller in the past and have never seen this error when accessing neteller or anywhere else. I've attempted to load the page maybe half a dozen times over the last week or so and same thing every time.
The error box suggests the following but it is no help to me. Please try the following: * Enable Robust Exception Information to provide greater detail about the source of errors. In the Administrator, click Debugging & Logging > Debugging Settings, and select the Robust Exception Information option. * Check the ColdFusion documentation to verify that you are using the correct syntax. * Search the Knowledge Base to find a solution to your problem. |

Re: Issues with Neteller and Firefox
This is very strange. Are you using current version? After you uninstall, manually go in and delete all related files and reg entries. I've been using the two together for some years now with not a single problem (knock wood).
As for the guy with question about a 3 minute load up? Mine takes literally 1/10th the time it does in IE, we're talking maybe 2 seconds total. HMMM?? Intersting questions though, please keep us informed, I am very curious as to the problem. Are your security settings and all that jazz messed up? Sorry I'm probably of no help at all. |

Which is kind of weird if your account is working properly on IE. try deleting your cookies in firefox and try again |

try deleting your cookies in firefox and try again [/ QUOTE ] Incidentally the CookieCuller extension is great for managing cookies in Firefox. |
