You can only link ING to a checking account.

I second that emotion. I created a separate poker account in about a minute and successfully made a transfer from my Neteller account.

I recently heard about Emigrant bank and am fairly certain it is legit, but have never used it.

I'm guessing not since Neteller needs to be linked to savings account.

Huh? My NETeller account is linked to my checking account. I don't even have a savings account with my bank.

Open an acct with ING. Just get the routing # from ING that they use. It has been posted on these boards somewhere before if you want to search for it. I dont know it offhand, just call their support # to nab it.

So the linking is done on the Neteller side and not the ING side?

Essentially your basic B&M checking acct is what gets linked to ING. ING can then be linked to Neteller. You can fund Neteller from ING which gets funded from your checking. When you cashout of a poker site, it will go to your Neteller acct, which you can withdraw from that will go into your ING acct. It lets you have 2 bank accts where if you wanted to keep a poker bankroll seperate.

Others have already described the process, but here's what I did:

1) Opened an ING savings account in 2004 (pre-poker). Was required to link it to a checking acocunt, so I linked it to my account at Wachovia.

2) A couple months ago, I created a second ING account for poker. It literally took a minute or two, since I already had an account with ING.

3) Went through the process on Neteller's site to link my Neteller account to my ING account. Found the routing number when I was logged onto my ING account (I believe I actually found the info when I looked up the form to fill out for direct deposit). If you have trouble finding the routing info, I would just call ING.

That's it, aside from the one or two verification e-mails you have to receive. Pretty simple.

Have fun!
