If you want to do anything passively with JJ preflop in a pot like this, this is what to do with it; notice how by calling the 3 bet you may attain valuable information if someone behind you caps. If such info cannot be garnered, however, go ahead and jam.

I would cap Hand 1. There is no reason to think you don't have the best hand, given MP1's stats and MP3's post.

Hand 2 is trickier. It has been 3-bet and it's very multiway. Not very good conditions for JJ. You're behind most of the hands MP1 3-bets here. I think I just call, and fold to any overcards on the flop. You might be able to take a card off drawing to a set.
